Operational Safety Policy

We are committed to developing our activities supported by a solid Safety Management System (SMS), based on hazard identification, risk analysis, and the implementation of appropriate defenses until the risks reach an acceptable minimum. We ensure that all necessary resources for implementing this Policy will be provided in a timely manner. We apply the concept of a Just Culture, encouraging internal communication and voluntary reporting by employees, as well as the clear distinction between acceptable and unacceptable behavior. OMNI considers any intentional and deliberate deviation from the company’s rules and procedures to be unacceptable behavior. Errors and failures, as inherent factors of human performance, will be addressed from an organizational perspective.
Everyone at OMNI is obliged to comply with and enforce this Policy and has the right to stop any part of the operation if there is a threat to operational safety. Furthermore, they are responsible for continuously seeking improvements aimed at the safety of operations, employees, and customers.
