The correct description, weight, and dimensions of the contents to be shipped must be communicated to Flight Coordination so that the material can be declared prior to the flight. Delivery and subsequent shipment will be carried out at check-in. Baggage/materials/cargo presenting the following conditions will be refused:
– Damaged or with open compartments – Torn baggage can only be accepted if the compromised compartment is empty
– Protective covers that are not attached/sewn to backpacks. In this case, the cover must be stored inside the backpack.
– With loose objects in the side pockets. Objects must be removed at check-in and placed in another compartment.
– Improvised luggage.
– Luggage with sharp, exposed edges, without protection, and/or piercing objects
– Luggage with protective film or wrapped in plastic bags.
