For boarding, you must present a photo ID that is officially recognized. Such as:
• Identity Card (RG);
• National Driver’s License (CNH, photo model) and CNH-e (electronic model).
• Professional License;
• Identity Cards issued by ministries and agencies subordinate to the President of the Republic;
• Professional Licenses issued by National Councils;
• National Passport;
• Functional identity card of members of the Legislative Branch of the Union, States, Federal District, and Municipalities issued during the current legislative term;
For foreigners:
Passport, National Foreigners Registry (RNE), Diplomatic and Consular Identities. It can be an original or certified copy, as long as it is a valid photo ID. It must be presented both at check-in and at the boarding gate. In case of theft, robbery, or loss of documentation, a police report issued within 30 days and without an expiration date on the document will be accepted. This police report must be validated to be valid. This rule was created to meet international airport security standards.
